The real estate market in the Czech Republic continues to change dynamically. That holds true also for sectors other than offices, which is why we decided to extend the contest to retail and industrial. We want to offer an opportunity to all projects across the market and inspire others as to how attractively and practically all space may be used. My first love will always be offices, but we now wish to showcase the great progress made in how space is used across the whole real estate market.
