CBRE assisted LEAR to find a suitable space with total area of 1,800 sq m at CTPark Pilsen

Lear Corporation, one of the top global automotive interior parts suppliers, is setting-up a new engineering centre in Pilsen. The high-tech research centre will employ up to 100 personnel, mostly engineers, and will occupy up to 1,800 sq m. Lear selected Pilsen, specifi cally CTPark Pilsen at Borská Pole, because of the city’s strong engineering base and the potential for cooperation with the city’s University of West Bohemia. The new engineering centre will cooperate with Lear’s European headquarters located in Munich and will support the design and engineering of plastic parts, foams ,coatings and wiring for the automotive industry.

CBRE’s industrial team advised Lear Corporation on the project and successfully followed up on previous cooperations with the client.

CTPark Pilsen is situated in the industrial zone Borská Pole in Pilsen. The park has excellent access to the D5 Highway and is in close vicinity to Pilsen city centre. Public buses operate within the park connecting it to the city centre, residental districts and other commercial areas. CTPark Pilsen immediately offers up to 8,000 sq m of modern space suitable for storage, logistics and light production.
