CBRE assisted Pivovar Protivín to find a suitable warehouse

Pivovar Protivín has signed a lease for 2,400 sq m of warehouse and office space at VGP Park Horní Počernice

CBRE is pleased to announce that their CZ Industrial Team successfully assisted Pivovar Protivín to find a warehouse space suitable for its business at VGP Park Horní Pocernice. Total leased area represents 2, 100 sq m of storage space and 300 sq m of office space.

Pivovar Protivín produces, wholesales and distributes beer. The company is owned by Pivovary Lobkowicz.
VGP Park Horni Pocernice is located in the Eastern part of Prague in the district of Horní Počernice. The park borders the motorway R10/E65 to Mladá Boleslav and has close proximity to metro and bus station Cerny Most (1.5 km). VGP Park Horni Pocernice is one of the largest logistics/manufacturing parks in the Czech Republic, with a total area of approximately 1.1 million sq m. Apart from manufacturing and warehouse space (A class), this park also offers office space. The park is owned by VGP Group.
