CBRE: EPRIN Has Moved its Office and Production Facilities to the Brno Technology Park
CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, represented EPRIN spol. s.r.o. when searching for a suitable space for their new production and office facilities. EPRIN decided on a long-term lease of space in Technology Park Brno, which is one of the most important projects with this specialization in the region.
EPRIN is a successful local technology company. EPRIN was formed in 1992 gaining its position as a system integrator for logistics and production. It is currently one of the leaders in the field of automatic identification throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Due to its rapid development, the company was forced to search for new production facilities and offices, which were originally located in two different locations in the centre of Brno.
Due to our continued work on other client projects, we searched only for existing premises for EPRIN’s new headquarters. Finding a suitable place for offices and production in a 1: 1 ratio was a great challenge for us. The Brno Technology Park is a premium property and meets the strict requirements of the client, while allowing for future growth of the company.
CBRE was responsible for consolidating and relocating EPRIN’s operations into the new premises under one roof. The whole transaction was carried out under time pressure and the client selected suitable premises only from existing, premium properties in this destination. The aim was to find a representative working space that validated the reputation of the leader in their given field while providing a motivating and well-accessible place for the company employees. A long-term lease agreement was concluded for an area of approximately 1,380 sq. m. in the premises of the Technology Park in Brno in a relatively short time. This development project is located close to the Brno Circuit Speedway, which enables fast connections to the Prague/Vienna/Ostrava/Bratislava motorway. This is an ideal place in the vicinity of the campus of the Brno Technical University, the South Moravian Innovation Centre and other technological companies, which provide the qualified labour force of graduates from technical fields and opportunities for cooperating on research and development projects with this highly-regarded university.
