CBRE has announced the promotions of Iveta Valentová, Jitka Žákovská and Daniela Bartáková as part of Asset Services

  • Jitka Žákovská and Iveta Valentová have been promoted to Senior Property Managers
  • Daniela Bartáková has been promoted to the position of Property Manager 

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, has announced personnel changes within the Asset Services division, with three members being promoted, Jitka Žákovská and Iveta Valentová as Senior Property Manager and Daniela Bartakova as Property Manager. CBRE values the experience of its employees and emphasizes their personal growth, thus enhancing the quality of services provided to their clients

Jitka Žákovská has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate market. She has been a Property Manager at CBRE since 2014 and has recently been promoted to Senior Property Manager with a focus on office and industrial property. At present, she manages the office buildings in Prague owned by her client Vienna Insurance Group. She was also responsible for managing real estate for Immofinanz for three years, especially for a project at the BB Center. Her current portfolio consists of properties such as BB Centrum C, Burzovní Palác Office Center and Havlíčkova Plaza Shopping & Office Centrum. Like Iveta, Jitka is one of the key figures of the Asset Services Office and Industrial team.

 

Iveta Valentová has been with CBRE since 2013 as Property Manager of Asset Services. Iveta is responsible for the commercial and technical aspects of managed real estate, especially for her client Immofinanz. Its portfolio of buildings includes BB Centrum Gamma, Airport Business Center or Mountpark Logistics Complex among others. She is one of the key figures of the Asset Services Office and Industrial team.

 

 

Daniela Bartáková has been working as a Property Manager for CBRE since 2016. She began working here at a junior position where she was responsible for managing residential projects and within one year she was working as a Property Manager. She is currently a member of the house management team of the Vienna Insurance Group. Daniela is in charge of two complexes of office buildings located in Prague 1.
