CBRE has expanded their Retail Team

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, has announced personnel changes in the Retail department’s team for leasing retail space. The team will be strengthened by Michaela Zvadová as Senior Leasing Consultant and Kateřina Boučková as Leasing Consultant.

This year is very successful for CBRE retail. CBRE has secured three new shopping centre management & leasing mandates, while keeping the management & leasing of another three shopping centres, which changed ownership this year. As a result, we are seeking to further strengthen our shopping centre team. I am very pleased that both Michaela and Katerina has decided to join our successful leasing team and that our clients can benefit from their extensive experience, dedication, enthusiasm and high professionalism.

Michaela Zvadová joined CBRE as a Senior Leasing Consultant. She gained her practical experience primarily with Jones Lang LaSalle’s retail division as Head of Retail CZ & SK, Associate Director and at LORDSHIP, a.s. Her core competencies included leasing business premises, retaining key clients, developing new business relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing business activities, consultancy and employee management and coaching. Michaela was responsible for a number of successful projects such as Centrum Chodov, Atrium Flora, Plzeň Plaza, Fashion Arena Praha, Avion Shopping Park Bratislava, Avion Shopping Park Ostrava, Galerie Harfa, Forum Liberec and many others. Michaela speaks English and intermediate German. She spends her free time with her family and relaxing on horseback rides, sports, travelling and walking with her dog.

 

Kateřina Boučková is also a Leasing Consultant. Kateřina is a graduate of the University Hotel in Prague. She gained her knowledge and practical experience mainly as a Retail Agent at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she worked on projects such as Pardubice Palace, Plzeň Plaza, Fashion Arena Outlet Center, Forum Liberec, Avion Shopping Park Bratislava and Avion Shopping Park Ostrava. Kateřina speaks English and intermediate German and French. Her hobbies include sports, family and travelling.
