CBRE Hired Zdeněk Kašpar as Associate Director in Industrial & Logistics Team
CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, has announced Zdeněk Kašpar, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics at CBRE as a new member of the CBRE Industrial & Logistics/ Advisory & Transactions team in the Czech Republic.
Zdeněk Kašpar joins CBRE from the occupier client side. He will focus on advising companies across the Czech Republic on optimizing their industrial and logistics space financially and operationally with a specialization on logistics end-users.
Zdeněk brings a wealth of experience with him from the logistics industry. This will improve our understanding of our clients and therefore ability to add more value when advising especially occupier clients on transactions. I am sure that with Zdeněk our quality of services will improve together with our continued growth of market share and revenues in the Czech Republic. Now with Zdeněk on board we will have a bigger impact on making the Czech Republic a better place.
Zdeněk Kašpar has a Dipl. Ing. degree in Electrotechnical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He has been working in logistics for twenty years. Zdeněk was a member of the top management at DB Schenker where he served as COO for the last 10 years, where managed the division of Contract Logistics in the Czech Republic. He was responsible for the P&L of eleven logistics sites and several hundreds of people across the Czech Republic as well as strategic business development of the division. Previously he also worked in senior logistics positions at Sony or Kimberly-Clark.
