says Bert Hesselink, Head of Industrial & Logistics at CBRE

The Industrial & Logistics department at CBRE specializes in advisory and transaction services for clients, ranging from property sales and leasing, land sales and acquisitions to property management. CBRE now uses his knowledge for creating a database of land suitable for industry and logistics and new warehouses, including the option of using brownfields as well.
