CBRE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC HAS BEEN APPOINTED TO MANAGE TWO NEW SHOPPING CENTERS
Two shopping centers; Galerie Šantovka Olomouc and Galerie Teplice, will expand the portfolio of properties under CBRE management by a further 68,000 square meters of rentable area.
Currently CBRE manages 16 shopping centers, 4 retail parks and 5 office buildings throughout the Czech Republic with a total rentable area of 470,000 square meters.
DANDREET and CBRE entered into a contract for the property management services of two new shopping centers; Galerie Šantovka a Galerie Teplice. Galerie Šantovka is going to be opened this fall, Gallery Teplice in spring 2014.

Galerie Šantovka is being developed close to the historical city center of Olomouc.
Gallerie Santovka offers more than 46,000 m² of rentable floor area with approximately 180 retail and leisure units accompanied by 1000 parking spaces.
Visitors can find dozens of shops with fashion brands, sport units, cozy cafés and quality restaurants, large food store and public services, with a leisure element that will comprise a 6-screen multiplex cinema and 18-lane bowling arena. The opening is planned for this fall.
Upon its opening within the regional spa town Teplice, Galerie Teplice will boast a modern and centrally located shopping gallery on the central Svoboda Square with 22,000 sq. m. of rentable area over 3 levels. It will comprise around 100 retail units including dozens of fashion brands, sport shops, cozy cafés, quality restaurants, public services, a large supermarket and 4-screen multiplex cinema operated by Premiere Cinemas. Fully sheltered parking spaces will be located on the lower ground and roof levels. The opening is planned for the first half of 2014 year.
