CBRE: Palmers has expanded into the Czech market

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, represented Palmers during its entry into the Central and Eastern European market. Palmers, an Austrian textile brand which offers quality underwear and swimwear for both men and women, is known mostly in Western Europe. Palmers chose the Czech Republic as the destination for expanding into the new market and is located in Havířská Street in Prague 1. This is a lucrative shopping high street, which is an excellent place for its first shop, which has a total area of 85 square meters and will be operated directly by the parent company.

The Austrian brand Palmers is entering the Czech market and opened a new shop in Havířská Street in Prague in April 2017. It is a sign of the fact that the Czech market is still attractive for luxury brands and there is still a potential market especially in the lingerie segment.
