CBRE PRAGUE OFFICE AGENCY EXPANDED

CBRE Prague significantly strengthened the Office Agency department.

CBRE is pleased to announce strengthening of the Office Agency department in the New Year. Bert Hesselink, Head of Office Agency comments: “Especially with today´s challenging market conditions for most of our office landlord and developer clients, we are seizing the opportunity to develop and strengthen our office agency business line through improvement of the quality of our service which is why we are recruiting and developing the highest quality candidates.”

Štěpán is joining CBRE from Skanska, where he worked for nine years and was responsible for development, marketing communication and projects’ sales. At CBRE Štěpán will be responsible for advising landlord and developer clients on the marketing and leasing of available office space.
Štěpán studies Public Administration and Regional Development at the Czech University of Life Sciences. Štěpán is interested in music and travelling.

Barbora joined CBRE in February 2011 as a Retail Agent. In January 2013 she took the opportunity to move to Office Agency where she will advise landlord and developer clients on the marketing and leasing of available office space.
Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Barbora worked as an Asset & estate coordinator for Tesco Stores and as a Leasing manager for Ahold Czech Republic.
Barbora is interested in sports, music and travelling. She fluently speaks English and Italian.

Monika joined CBREs Office Agency team as a Team Assistant in May 2012 and was promoted to Office Agent in November 2012. Monika focuses on advising landlord and developer clients on the market and leasing of available office space.
Prior to joining CBRE, Monika worked in Spain, where she was renting holiday apartments. Monika fluently speaks English, Spanish and German.
