CBRE Prague successfully completes PWC headquarters relocation

CB Richard Ellis have the pleasure to announce that their Tenant Representation team successfully assisted PwC Czech Republic (PwC) in the search for their new Czech Republic headquarters. PwC will move their operations from their current location to their new office space in the established business district of Prague 4 - Pankrác. PwC officially signed a new lease agreement in the City Green Court project, being delivered by Skanska, for approximately 12,000 sq m of first class office space. The project is the first LEED Platinum pre-certified office building in the Czech Republic, and PwC will occupy their new space from the beginning of 2013.

PwC will relocate its new headquarters to the Pankrác´s business area and provide their team of more than 800 people a great working environment which is both efficient and flexible, as well as green. For PwC as a responsible employer it was important to provide a comfortable, light and open office space that pays maximum attention to sustainability aspects.

The CBRE team wish to congratulate PwC on the announcement and wish them many satisfying and profitable years in their new world class premises.
