CBRE Property Management team has been awarded the prestigious CIJ AWARDS for the fifth year in a row

CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate sector, has been awarded the CIJ Awards Czech Republic, which is held annually by CIJ - a leading magazine in the field of the real estate sector in Central and Eastern Europe. This year the awards were presented at the Marriott Hotel in Prague on 26th November. CBRE gained the award for Property Management Team of the Year for the fifth year in a row.

The CBRE team is the largest Property management team in the Czech Republic. The number of managed properties currently stands at 164. The team represents 2,791 tenants with a total floor area of 1,100,000 sq m.
