CBRE ranked #15 on best corporate citizen list and rises to #146 on the Fortune 500

CBRE Group is ranked #15 in Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s 2019 100 Best Corporate Citizens list, which recognizes outstanding environmental, social and governance (ESG) transparency and performance and has risen to #146 on the Fortune 2019 list of the 500 largest U.S.-based public companies. The company’s position rose from 2018, when it was ranked at #207.

“Our continued rise on Fortune’s prestigious list is a testament to our people and their intense focus on delivering great outcomes for our clients,” said Bob Sulentic, president and chief executive officer of CBRE.

The other award 100 Best Corporate Citizens ranking is based on more than 130 corporate disclosure and performance factors related to climate change, employee relations, environment, finance, governance, human rights, and stakeholders and society. The 1,000 largest U.S.-based public companies are evaluated using research conducted by Institutional Shareholder Services.
