Company Alutech is relocating to Panattoni Park Pilsen West
The industrial developer Panattoni Europe in cooperation with CBRE are constructing a new logistic hall for the Belarus company Alutech, producer of rollshutters components and sectional doors which will lease the new facility for storing aluminium structures near the town of Pilsen. The new building will consist of 4 554 sqm and is planned to be finished during this year. The company is relocating to the new premises from Bor near Tachov and will have an additional 1 700 sqm of storage space. This will allow the company to effectively serve the Western and Central European markets. The real estate consulting company CBRE assisted with the relocation.
The construction is scheduled to start in June this year and technologies installation will follow in the autumn. Start of operation is planned for the beginning of next year. In addition, it is essential to point out that the premises will be constructed as a separate stand-alone building for a single tenant use.
Alutech has chosen CBRE as the exclusive real estate consultant for the project to expand existing storage capacity within the Pilsen region. CBRE managed complete tender for new premises. On the base of this tender Alutech chose Panattoni Parek West near Plzeň which met client´s requirement the best.
Recently, we started an important expansion for KION Group company in a nearby Panattoni Park Stříbro and now we can follow up with a relocation, that will help Alutech to expand at Panattoni Pilsen Park West . It’s a confirmation, that companies perceive the Pilsen region as an attractive gate to Western Europe.
The company Alutech, producer of rollshutters components and sectional doors, came to the Czech Republic 7 years ago in order to enter Central and Western Europe market. We were successful, but we need a storage space extension, so we decided to move from Bor u Tachova to Pilsen Panattoni Park West, where we can grow and expand our business.
Panattoni Park Pilsen West offers approx 50 000 sqm of A-class built-to-suit industrial premises. The location offers great potential for logistics, warehousing and light-production. Current clients within the park include: the automotive car seats producer Faurecia and Trost Auto, the automotive spare parts distributor.
