New Brands and Restaurants Have Opened in the Letňany Shopping Centre
CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services and the exclusive manager of the Letňany Shopping Centre in Prague, announced the opening of new fashion, jewellery and food stores in this department store. Among the new tenants are well-known brands like Nespresso, Sumo Sushi, Pandora, Alpine Pro, Presence Klenoty, Otto Berg, Super Zoo, Frisson and Punjabi Food.
The manager of the Letňany Shopping Centre, owned by the prominent investment company CBRE Global Investors, aims to build the best business mix in line with the clients’ needs of this centre and reach new potential customers. In addition to these new businesses, he is already preparing to open additional stores in the near future. CBRE is currently discussing and updating all existing key lease agreements.

The Sumo Sushi restaurant offers a selection of Japanese specialties on an original running belt known as “Running Sushi” expanded to include local food. An Indian restaurant named Punjabi Food is also planning to open. After visiting the new restaurants you can discover the magical aroma of coffee at the newly opened stand of the Nespresso premium capsule coffee maker.
The well-known brand Pandora from the jewellery segment is another new brand, including the Presence Klenoty shops which offer a wide selection of jewellery, accessories and watches of the highest quality.
The key sector of the Shopping Centre is fashion. The current offer has been expanded to include the fashion brand Otto Berg, combining elegance, casualness, timelessness and appeal using natural fabrics from fabric manufacturers from around the world. You can find here both formal and leisure wear for gentlemen who want to be perfect in every detail. High quality women’s clothing, leather handbags, men and women’s wallets and fashion accessories can be purchased at the new Frisson fashion store. Alpine Pro, the Czech manufacturer of sports, outdoor and ski apparel and shoes, opened their new store already in October.
The variety of the commercial portfolio of the Letňany Shopping Centre is also confirmed by a specialized Super Zoo, which sells pet supplies, feed and pet accessories.
Letňany Shopping Centre is one of the three largest centres in Prague. It offers its customers shopping in more than 180 stores of well-known world brands on an area of over 125,000 sq. metres. Fashion stores, accessories and jewellery are the most prominent in the centre. Of course there are other related services such as dry cleaners, hairdressers, footwear repair shops, banks, a pharmacy and a wide range of refreshments and much more. The Baumax retail store is also located in the centre, with an assortment of building materials, interior furnishings and gardening supplies.
