Sanofi remains and ČSA expands in the Argo Alpha building
Both tenants occupied the building with nearly 70% of its area, more than 7,000 sqm and 169 parking spaces
CBRE, a global leader in real estate services, has supported PQ Asset Management (PQ AM) and Peakside in negotiations of contract extensions and expansion with two key tenants at Argo Alpha in Praha 6 – Vokovice. Sanofi extended its lease of almost 3,600 sqm, and Czech Airlines will expand its office lease to more than 3,700 sqm.

For both tenants was important the distance to the airport and metro station Nádraží Veleslavín, the quality of building facilities and enough parking space, so they decided to stay in the Argo Alpha building.
